Hello Anisacate!

!Hola a todos!

I had a great week this week! Lots of traveling and we had transfers! First off at the beginning of this week I had the opportunity to participate in a music video that we recorded Tuesday and Wednesday! Me, two sisters and another elder we all sang Gethsemane together which an awesome experience!
Thursday we had transfers and I got transferred to Anisacate. It's a branch in the country side and it's literally cracked. The members are amazing and I'm so excited to be here!
My new companion is from Chile again, Elder Lira. He just finished training and he's also cracked, it's been a crazy couple of days so far here in Anisacate. My first day here we visited a guy named Gasper and Elder Lira told me that he had a book of Mormon and when we found out that he was reading it we both felt that we should invite him to be baptized and he accepted the date so, pray for Gasper you guys! Also, there are two super great families that we are teaching and we want them to go to church, so also pray for the Paez family and the Colazo family.
But that's all for this week! I hope everyone is well!
Que tengan una gran semana!

Tanto tiempo, no?

¡Hola a todos!

It's been a while, right? Almost a month. Well, I'm still in General Paz as of right now. We'll find out what's happening with transfers tomorrow on Tuesday; so next week I might be in General Paz, or somewhere else.
But other than that, the work has been going really, really good here in the area. We have quite a lot of people who are progressing and we have a few people lined up to be baptized these coming weeks.
This past month has been pretty crazy, I've learned a lot about living in the moment and enjoying the time that I've been given. Really, the mission seems like a long time but it's a very short period of time compared to life. I've also learned lots about the Savior. Something that has helped a lot is the phrase, "Jesus loved first". It's so true, it didn't matter what happened to Jesus, he always loved first. Because in reality when we think that someone has does us wrong and we have feelings of contention towards another, in the long run, we are just hurting ourselves. The gift of forgiveness is very powerful.
But anyway... thats all for now, I had to keep it kind of short because I don't have much more time.
Espero que todos tengan un gran semana!
